The fees for cutting such depression or opening shall be one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per lineal foot of such cut for all purposes.
Fees shall be tendered and paid at the time of filing the application. The Building Commissioner shall promptly cause such curb to be cut provided the cut can lawfully be made. Minimum fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
In the event an application is rejected, any fees tendered shall be returned to the applicant within ten days after the date of rejection.
