765.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Chapter 501 of these Codified Ordinances.

(b) Each day that a massage establishment operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.
