(a) The Safety Director shall provide each massage therapist who is granted a license with an identification card which shall contain a photograph of the massage therapist and the full name of, and permit number assigned to, such massage therapist. Such identification card must be worn on the front of the massage therapist's outer-most garment at all times that the massage therapist is on the premises of any massage establishment licensed pursuant to this chapter.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
