765.18 MINORS.
   (a)   No person shall, in connection with the operation of a massage establishment, retain the services of any person who is less than eighteen years of age to act as an employee, as defined in Section 765.01 of this chapter, on the premises of such massage establishment. Whoever violates this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)   No person who operates or acts as an employee in a massage establishment shall recklessly allow a person under the age of eighteen years, and not accompanied by a parent or guardian, on the premises of a massage establishment as a patron. Whoever violates this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (c)   Mistake of age is not a defense to a charge under this section, unless the person under age eighteen exhibited to the operator or his or her agent or employee a draft card, driver's license, birth record or other official or apparently official document purporting to show that the person was eighteen years of age or over, and the person to whom the document was exhibited did not otherwise have reasonable cause to believe that the person in question was under eighteen years old.
