765.03 MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall engage in the practice of massage on the premises of a massage establishment without first having obtained a massage therapist license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
