764.04 ADULT BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate an adult entertainment business or an adult motel without a valid adult business license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
