Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a sentence of not more than thirty days or a fine of not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). An organization that violates this section shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000).
