747.01 REQUIRED INSTALLATION OF PHOTO EQUIPMENT.

Each bank, savings and loan or loan company office located within the City shall be equipped with one or more moving picture or television camera, equipped and located so that a permanent photographic and audio record of any attempted commission of a crime by any person or persons can be made.
