729.07 INSPECTIONS.

(a) The Health Commissioner and/or the City Safety Director, or their respective representatives, may at any reasonable time make inspections of the tattoo operation to insure compliance with this chapter.

(b) All tattoo operations within the City of Brook Park will be inspected a minimum of four times per year by the Health Commissioner and/or the City Safety Director or their respective authorized representatives.
