(a) No person under the age of sixteen years shall be permitted to operate a mechanical or electrically operated amusement device between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on school days unless accompanied by his/her parent, guardian or other person having charge of such minor, or some other responsible person over twenty-one years of age who has been given permission by such parent, guardian or person in charge to accompany the minor. It shall be the duty of the owner to determine if in fact school is in session for the individual operating or wishing to operate such device.
(b) No minor under the age of sixteen years shall be permitted to operate a mechanical or electrical amusement device between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, except when accompanied by his/her parent, guardian or other person having charge of such minor, or some other responsible person over twenty-one years of age who has been given permission by such parent, guardian or person in charge to accompany the minor.
(c) No parent, guardian or person in charge of a minor under the age of sixteen years shall allow such minor to operate a mechanical or electrical amusement device between the hours and on the days indicated herein unless so accompanied.
