(a) Each license shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31 of each calendar year unless earlier revoked by the Mayor.
(b) There shall be no prorating of fees.
(c) No transfer of license required by this chapter, either as to person or place, shall be permitted.
(d) A new license shall be required whenever a mechanical or electrical amusement device is moved to a different premises within the City or is purchased or otherwise acquired by a different owner.
