(a) Upon application to the Mayor as required under Section 721.02, a license shall be issued only after:
(1) The Building Commission has conducted an inspection of the premises described in the application and is satisfied that all wiring and connections meet the then-existing electrical code standards; and
(2) The Mayor is satisfied that all information requested has been properly given.
(b) Failure to satisfy either of the requirements of subsection (a) hereof shall be deemed grounds for denial or revocation of such license by the Mayor.
