The application fee for an exhibition license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day or part thereof during which the exhibition, convention, trade show, fair or similar type of exhibition or event is to be presented or performed, provided however, that the maximum fee for any application shall be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Under no circumstances shall any application fee, or part thereof, be refunded.
