717.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 717.01(d) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable under Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter other than Section 717.01(d) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, punishable under Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances.
