717.04 EXEMPTIONS FROM ANNUAL LICENSE FEE.

The following persons are hereby exempt from the payment of any license fee for the licenses required by Section 717.01:

(a) Any person selling the products of his own raising;

(b) A person selling newspapers;

(c) A person selling agricultural articles;

(d) A person hauling or selling milk who is duly licensed by the health district approved by the State Director of Health; and

(e) All other persons exempted by law.
