701.54 APPLICATION TO GRANTEE AND ALL OPERATORS.

The requirements described in Sections 701.51 to 701.54 are applicable to the grantee and all operators of cable television systems within the City subject to rate regulation according to the 1992 Cable Act and applicable FCC rules.
