701.14 EQUIPMENT TYPE AND CAPACITY.

The applicant shall specify in his proposal the type and capacity of the equipment to be installed and the City Engineer shall require the grantee to update this section of the proposal in keeping with the advances in the stateof the art of CATV Systems design.
