553.06 TRESPASSING, LOITERING UPON OR THROWING DEBRIS UPON OR FROM RAILROAD TRACKS.

(a) No person shall trespass upon, loiter upon, or throw debris and/or rubbish of any kind upon railroad property or throw debris and/or rubbish from railroad property onto adjacent property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
