(a) No person, firm or corporation shall give false residency information to any City official or any employee of any department of the City when such information is required of them.
(b) No person, firm or corporation, in behalf of another person, shall give false residency information to any City official or any employee of any department of the City when such information is required of them.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
