541.08 DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly cause or create injury, damage, destruction, or defacement to any structure, wall, fence, building, its fixtures, or appurtenances by any means including but not limited to paint, fire, corrosive or caustic material, chemical substance, or other agency or substance.
    (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful damage to structures, a misdemeanor of the third degree for the first offense. For a second or subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, unlawful damage to structures is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
    (c)   Any and all signs posted, which contain notification of said offense, shall be required to indicate the maximum fine for the first time violation of said offense.
