539.01 HOURS.

All City playgrounds shall be open during the following hours:

(a) During that portion of the year when daylight savings time is in effect, all City playgrounds shall open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

(b) During that portion of the year when eastern standard time is in effect, all City playgrounds shall open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.

(c) Any person who is found upon any City playground during the hours when such playgrounds are closed is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
