511.12 HOURS FOR OUTSIDE FOOD SERVICES OR SALES.

(a) The dispensing of food by means of carhops, waitresses or waiters outside the main building or a restaurant or drive-in operation, is not permitted after 8:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
