511.11 HOURS FOR USE OF OUTSIDE SPEAKERS.

(a) No business, except those located in U4 and U5 Use District as defined in Chapter 1121 of Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code of these Codified Ordinances, may maintain and use outside connected speakers either for any purpose or to provide music for patrons after 8:00 p. m. in any evening.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
