(a) The operators of restaurants, shopping centers, gasoline stations or any other type of business where the patron or customer drives on, to, through, or parks upon the premises, shall post on the premises in a conspicuous location one or more signs bearing the following legend:
"CRUISING, RACING, UNAUTHORIZED PARKING, CONGREGATING, LOITERING, LITTERING, ABUSIVE OR PROVOCATIVE LANGUAGE PROHIBITED BY CITY ORDINANCE."

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
