(a) No person, while on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, shopping center, gasoline station or any other type of business where the patron or customer drives on, to, through, or parks upon the premises, shall use loud and vociferous or obscene, vulgar or indecent language or swear or curse, or yell or shriek in a manner calculated to disturb the person or persons present at such place.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
