(a) No customer or patron of a drive--in restaurant, shopping center, gasoline station or any other type of business where the patron or customer drives on, to, through, or parks upon the premises, shall throw or deposit any litter of any kind, whether from the business on such premises or brought upon the premises by the customer or patron, as provided in Section 511.06, anywhere on the grounds or on the streets of the City, except in the receptacles provided therefor.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
