(a) No patron or other person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, shopping center, gasoline station or any other type of business where the patron or customer drives on, to, through, or parks upon the premises, whether in or out of an automobile, shall drink any beer or other intoxicating liquor or have in his possession any open bottle, can or other receptacle containing beer or alcoholic beverages of any other type, nature or description.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
