510.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of Sections 510.03(a), (c), (f), (i), (j), (k), (1), (m)(1), 510.04 or 311.03, 331.36, 337.20, 339.02, 375.06, 505.07 or 717.07 is guilty of a miner misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense, such individual or business is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and, on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Sections 509.11, 510.02 or 510.03(b), (d), (e), (g), (h), is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and, on each subsequent offense within one year such individual or business is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
