507.16 CITY LIABILITY.

The issuance of any permit under this chapter shall not constitute acceptance by the City of any liability to maintain any equipment, to answer alarms or to do anything in connection therewith. This governmental service shall not be an acceptance by the City of any liability, in contract, negligence or otherwise, to provide any protection whatsoever.
