507.12 AUDIBLE ALARMS.
   (a)   All audible alarms installed in a residential or business district shall not have any intensity of sound that exceeds eighty-five decibels at ten feet from the building line being served.
   (b)   All audible alarms installed to a residential or business district shall be equipped with an automatic shutoff device so that the audible alarm does not last longer than twelve minutes after each activation of the alarm system.
   (c)   Any home or business having an audible alarm installed on the premise shall file with the Police Department, the name(s) and phone numbers of persons who are reasonably close to the location, who can be contacted to assist in deactivating the alarm when the need arises. These name(s) and phone numbers shall be kept current by the alarm subscriber, who shall submit at least one alternate name and phone number.
