505.251 ANIMALS AND REPTILES PROHIBITED ON HOMECOMING DAYS GROUNDS.
   (a)   No person, being the owner, or having custody, control or supervision of any animal or reptile, shall permit such animal or reptile to enter within 100 feet of the grounds on which Homecoming Days are being held.
   (b)   An exception to subsection (a) hereof shall be permitted when a blind, deaf or mobility impaired person is accompanied by a dog that serves as a guide, leader, listener or support dog for him or her.
   (c)   An exception to subsection (a) hereof shall be permitted to allow a performer or exhibitor authorized by the Homecoming Committee for the purpose of exhibition or performance involving an animal, animals or reptile(s).
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted of violating this section, any subsequent violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
