(a) No person, being the owner, or having custody, control or supervision of any animal, shall permit such animal to enter within 100 feet of any play apparatus in any City owned playground, City owned baseball or softball diamond, City owned football field, or City owned tennis courts.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted of violating this section, any subsequent violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
