505.05 ANIMAL OWNER LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   No owner of any animal shall permit such animal to dig, urinate or defecate upon, or otherwise damage or destroy any public or private property, without immediately removing all feces deposited, and disposing of it in a safe and sanitary manner.
   (b)   Any owner whose animal causes any such damage or destruction shall be liable to the owner or occupant of the damage property for the full value of the damage or destruction, in addition to the penalty imposed by subsection (c) hereof.
   (c)   Any owner who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
