505.03 ANIMAL PENS, COOPS AND YARDS.
   (a)   No person shall keep or use any animal pen, coop or barnyard adjoining to or abutting upon any lot upon which another person resides or any street or highway, or so near thereto as to be offensive, or in such manner that the contents of the same are discharged on such lot or street, except as provided in Section 1121.06 of these Codified Ordinances.
   (b)   All persons owning or using any animal pen, coop or barnyard shall keep such at all times in a sanitary condition so as to prevent any injury, nuisance or annoyance therefrom.
   (c)   Pet owners shall chain or house animals to the rear of their property.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
