505.02 ANIMAL ODOR AND NOISE; DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (a)   No person, being the owner, occupant or person in charge or in control of any premises within the City, shall cause or knowingly permit to be kept or raised thereon any cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, ducks, geese, turkeys, chickens or other fowl or animals, which by occasioning noxious odors or by noise, becomes injurious to the health, comfort or property of individuals or the public, except as provided in Section 1121.06 of these Codified Ordinances.

   (b)   No owner or keeper of a dog, cat or other animal shall permit such dog, cat or other animal to go beyond the premises of such owner or keeper at any time, except when held securely on a leash or under the control of some responsible person.

    (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
