376.02 APPLICATION OF CODE.

Every person riding a motorized scooter upon a street shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and the traffic laws of the State of Ohio applicable to using the roads and operation of a vehicle, unless the context of the provision clearly indicates otherwise.
