375.09 REVOCATION OF PROBATIONARY MOTORIZED BICYCLE LICENSE.
   (a)   The Registrar of Motor Vehicles shall revoke the probationary motorized bicycle license issued to any person when the person has been convicted of, pleaded no contest to and been found guilty of, or pleaded guilty to, in any court of competent jurisdiction, or has been adjudicated in Juvenile Court of having committed, a violation of Section 375.08 for which points are chargeable under Ohio R.C. 4507.40.
   (b)   Any person whose license is revoked under this section shall mail or deliver his probationary motorized bicycle license to the Registrar within fourteen days of notification of such revocation. The Registrar shall retain such license during the period of revocation. Any such revocation shall remain in effect until the person reaches sixteen years of age.
   (c)   No application for a motorized bicycle license or probationary motorized bicycle license shall be received from any person whose probationary motorized bicycle license has been revoked under this section until the person reaches sixteen years of age.
