373.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Bicycle" means a two-wheeled vehicle, propelled by human power, having tandem arrangement of wheels equipped with tires either of which is over twenty inches in diameter. The term "bicycle" means a two-wheeled vehicle having a rear drive wheel which is solely human powered.

(b) "Tricycle" means a three-wheeled vehicle, propelled by human power, the drive wheel or wheels of which is twenty inches or more in diameter.
