(a) No owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of lots or land zoned U3, U3A, U3B, or property used or classified as a shopping center, shall have standing or parked upon such lots or lands any motor vehicle for a period of more than 24 hours without being moved.
(b) For the purposes of this section, a motor vehicle means any passenger car, bus, truck, recreational vehicle, motorcycle or other self-propelled motorized vehicle.
(c) If the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of lots or land zoned U3, U3A, U3B, or property used or classified as a shopping center shall find it necessary to leave a motor vehicle as defined herein standing for more than 24 hours, he shall notify the Police Department of such necessity. The Police Department shall keep a record of all such calls.
