(a) No person, business or corporation shall park or leave standing any commercial truck, trailer or semitrailer exceeding seven feet in width, six feet six inches in height; and/or six thousand (6,000) pounds gross vehicle weight on any residential property within the City for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading; and delivery; pickup; and/or loading of materials.
(b) No person, business or corporation shall park or leave standing any commercial truck, trailer or semitrailer on any street, roadway, alley or other public place within the city for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading, delivery, pickup and/or loading of materials.
