(a) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious loading of materials in any place marked as a truck loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading or unloading of materials exceed thirty minutes.
(b) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time including the unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of any materials in any place marked as a fire lane.
(c) Except where impossible or impracticable all unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials at any commercial establishment shall be made at the rear entrance of such establishment. In no case shall the stop for loading or unloading of vehicles exceed thirty minutes.
