339.13 ENGINE BRAKING.
   (a)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle on a public street and use an unmuffled engine brake.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of engine braking.
   (c)   This section shall not apply to any person who uses an unmuffled engine brake in an emergency situation to avoid imminent danger to a person or property.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
