171.03 MAGISTRATE.

(a) Appointment and Term. There is hereby created in and for the City the position of Mayor's Court Magistrate. Such Magistrate shall be appointed by the Mayor.

(b) Duties. The Magistrate shall perform those duties of a Mayor's Court Magistrate, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code, and shall be qualified as required by State law.
