153.26 VISION CARE INSURANCE FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AND ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   The City shall provide each full-time employee, the Mayor, the Finance Director and the Law Director, and their eligible dependents, vision care discounts.
