153.23 RESIDENCY EXEMPTIONS FOR UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES.

Every member of the unclassified Civil Service, with the exception of appointed members of boards and commissions, must, within six months of his or her appointment, reside within fifteen miles of any boundary of the City for the duration of his or her appointment.
