153.19 SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR COMMITTEE.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to hire, with the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council, special counsel to assist the Committee created in Section 153.18 to negotiate wage contracts of the City's employees.
