149.03 APPROPRIATIONS AND COMPENSATION.
   The expense and salaries of the Civil Service Commission shall be determined by Council and a sufficient sum of money shall be appropriated each year to carry out the provisions of Ohio R.C. 124.01 et seq. in the City.
