(a) Creation. Effective December 21, 1982, there is hereby created a part-time cleaning crew at the Recreation Center.
(b) Appointment and Duties. The part-time cleaning crew at the Recreation Center shall be appointed by the Building Maintenance Superintendent, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Building Maintenance Superintendent.
(c) Personnel. The part-time cleaning crew at the Recreation Center shall consist of one cleaning supervisor and four cleaners.
(d) Hours. The maximum work hours are thirty hours per week, for all members of the part-time cleaning crew at the Recreation Center.
(e) Compensation. Compensation for the part-time cleaning crew at the Recreation Center shall be fixed by Council.
