(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of Recreation Center Clerk who shall be appointed by the Director of Recreation and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Duties. The duties of the Recreation Center Clerk shall be to keep a record of all income and expenditures of the Recreation Center, and such other duties as are assigned by the Director of Recreation.
(c) Compensation. Compensation for the Recreation Center Clerk shall be fixed by Council.
