(a) Established. There is hereby established the position of part-time concession stand manager in the Recreation Department. The part-time concession stand manager shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Duties. The part-time concession stand manager shall perform such duties as assigned by the Recreation Director.
(c) Compensation. Compensation for the part-time concession stand manager shall be fixed by Council.
